I am pleased to announce that Crédits Conseils has joined the largest private credit brokerage group in Switzerland. Thanks to the new partnership, we will be able to combine our skills and offer our clients even more competitive solutions.
As you know, Crédits Conseils, located in Versoix (GE), has been operating in the credit brokerage sector in Switzerland since 2004. The company has carved out an enviable position for itself and has established an undeniable reputation in the local market.
Meanwhile, Credaris AG was established in 2014 as a division of the Comparis Group, Switzerland’s No. 1 independent online comparator. In a short space of time, it has become the country’s leading private credit broker. In early 2022, Brera Partners lent its support to help the company grow. This has resulted in 3 financial institution takeovers in just one year: Milenia SA in Lausanne, Cashmoney Swiss SA, and now CC Crédits Conseils SA.
Thanks to these numerous collaborations, it was able to consolidate its expertise and offer a complete credit portfolio with competitive terms.
A goal of sustainability and proximity
The new union will employ around 100 people in the Zurich, Olten, Lausanne and Versoix offices, and broker some CHF 600 million in personal loans by 2024. Together with Marc Hallauer, the Group’s CEO, we believe that we need to adapt to the current digitisation trend in order to consolidate the fragmented credit brokerage market in Switzerland. Our common objective is also to meet client and partner needs as closely as possible by offering top quality services, in line with the different languages and cultures in our country.
A unanimous collaboration
Jérémie Monney, Head of Milenia, views the acquisition of Crédits Conseils as an undeniable asset that will enhance and strengthen the group’s status as the leading private credit broker in French-speaking Switzerland. That’s why we’ll be working hand in hand to join forces, so that everyone can find their place in this new collaboration.
I will remain as Head of Crédits Conseils, meaning I shall retain operational responsibility for Crédits Conseils.
This opens up new opportunities and perspectives, offering new possibilities for our clients and employees, so that we can all succeed together!
